The Paw Press Game Review

Entry #3, Zelda Breath of the Wild

By: The Unknown

In Zelda Breath of the Wild you are a hero of old without memories, named link. If you are familiar with the saga then you know the main characters, Zelda (who doesn’t have as big of an influence as other games) and the hero Link. On a quest to free Zelda and defeat Ganon (the main antagonist in the saga) once and for all, but there is a twist. In this game they played huge attention to detail, from the littlest grass to the largest tree the graphics are amazing, and they add features like weapons breaking, monsters being weird, taking environmental damage, and even buying a house. That’s not all though, in this game you can gain magic abilities called ruins which do things like freeze time, create bombs, and lift metal objects. The thing about this game though was that it has an indefinite time, you could beat it in a day, or you could spend years messing around in this open world game.

It got a 93 on my 100-point test which is high (it was only because of bonus points for being game of the year). This is an anytime game because it has equal combat, exploration, and puzzle solving, along with some role-playing and talking. If you don’t have a Switch, which is what I play on, you can play it on the WIIU. If you can’t play at all then just imagine any of the best games ever, and blend them together, you get Zelda Breath of the Wild. Made by Nintendo people consider buying the switch just to play this game, and they do that for the right reasons. Still in control by Nintendo, Zelda Breath of the Wild has so many mods, some allow you to play as princess Zelda, Walugi, Mario, and even Fortnight characters. If you are going to buy this game be warned, it is very hard at the start but when you beat the first tier of play (the Plateau) it gets easier.

If you have any ideas or suggestions for my next game review, then talk to Ms.Boswell. The next game I will be reviewing is going to be a mystery so look out for my reviews sometime soon.
